ABOUT S Z | PM
SAN ZAMERO | PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM started in the property development field in 1996 as the Director of Finance for The Communities Group (TCG), an urban development firm in Washington DC specializing in community redevelopment and the creation and global distribution of program management software. As Director of Finance, the team was responsible for overseeing all the accounting and administrative services for five separate companies: TCG International, TCG Technologies, TCG Development Services, TCG Consultants, TCG Administrative Services, and integrating services with HUD.
After relocating to Los Angeles in 2001, the team started San Zamero | Property Management overseeing the management of several residential properties throughout the extremely competitive markets of Beverly Hills, West Los Angeles, and Santa Monica. SZ | PM handled sales and leasing, resident relations and retention, vendor coordination, construction administration, building owner representation in residential litigation, as well as financial services: rent collection, rent roll documentation, and deposits.
Today, San Zamero | Property Management is a full-service property management company specializing in condominiums, townhomes, and single-family Homeowners Associations.
